Generally 20-30 days after receiving the deposit and design confirmation. Final delivery time depends on the project's size and customization level.

5. What is the warranty period?
Our standard warranty is one year. In practice, our products are durable and built to last under normal conditions.
6. How do you handle quality issues?
Inspect products upon delivery. If there are any quality issues not caused by misuse or natural disasters, send us photos/videos. We'll resolve it through communication and support.
7. What's the minimum order quantity?

8. How do I assemble the equipment?
We pre-assemble the equipment before shipping and provide detailed installation videos and manuals. Our team is available for remote support. On-site service can be arranged if needed (cost borne by customer).
9. What payment terms do you accept?
Usually 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We support T/T, L/C, PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, Escrow, and cash.
10. How do I place an order?
Tell us your requirements. We'll design a solution, confirm with you, and sign a PI. After deposit payment, we start production. The balance is due before shipping.
